Synthesis of Functional Silver Nanoparticles and Microparticles with Modifiers and Evaluation of their Anti-cancer Activity on MDA-MB-453 Breast Cancer Cell Line

Background: One of the most noteworthy concerns in cancer theranostics recent decades is outcome unique nanoparticles for diagnosing and treating purposes. In current study, we used unripe Garcinia cambogia fruits to create silver utilizing a straightforward environmentally friendly process. Materials Methods: When exposed fruit extract, hydroalcoholic ions were decreased stabilized over an extended period, leading biogenesis with functionalized surfaces. These organically produced nanoparticles' properties examined characterized. Results: By measuring mitochondrial membrane potential, formation reactive oxygen species, viability cell, activities caspase 3 9 against MDA-MB-231 (Breast Cancer Cells), able demonstrate anti-cancer effects these vitro. The findings imply that AgNPs have cytotoxic apoptotic characteristics. Conclusion: According research, may aid creation effective drug, which could result remarkable nanomedicine different types cancer.
